We arrange temporary furnished accommodations while clients search for their permanent home. In collaboration with trusted real estate agents, we identify suitable properties that meet all lifestyle, budget, and location preferences.

🎓 School Search
We assist families in finding top-rated schools for their children. This includes arranging school tours, interviews, and providing detailed guidance on education options to ensure the best fit.

🌐 Area Orientation
We deliver tailored area tours and cultural orientation sessions to help clients become familiar with their new city. This includes introductions to neighbourhoods, transportation options, shopping areas, healthcare facilities, lifestyle amenities, and local cultural norms, ensuring a smooth and confident transition.

📑 Legal & Administrative Support
We manage essential relocation paperwork, such as driver’s license changes, healthcare registration, and other administrative requirements to ensure compliance and peace of mind.

🚚 Move-in / Move-out Services
We coordinate move-in and move-out support, including property inspections, utility connections/disconnections, and ensuring homes are in proper condition before and after occupancy. This helps minimise stress during transitions and protects both assignees and property owners.

🚗 Driving License Assistance

We support clients in obtaining or converting their driver’s license in compliance with local regulations. This includes guidance on required documents, application procedures, translation or notarization              (if needed), and coordination with the Department of Land Transport to ensure a hassle-free process.
